Shelf Life
Bacio block cheese is quality-guaranteed for 90 days from the date it’s carefully crafted by our cheese makers.
Storage and Handling
Keep Bacio cheese refrigerated at a temperature between 35⁰ and 41⁰ Fahrenheit for optimum shelf life and performance. Upon shredding, store in containers with no more than 30 pounds of cheese to minimize compaction. Seal with a tight lid or plastic overwrap to keep the cheese fresh.
